FLIPPED CLASSROOM: AN EFFECTIVE APPROACH FOR DEVELOPING AND ASSESSING INFORMATICS COMPETENCIES

This paper describes the design and implementation of flipped classroom approach, adapted to education system in Republic Moldova, which was applied “Spiru Haret” lyceum, Chisinau, Moldova. The purpose implementing this approach is promote personalized learning increase outcomes face-to-face education. In order diversify differentiate activities, it identified styles students according Honey Mumford style questionnaire. Also, are described four assessment methods appropriate approach. experiment based on developing skills informatics discipline so that motivated choose as their baccalaureate exam. results show number who chose Informatics a exam for last six academic years, optional.
