FLIPPED CLASSROOM: AN EFFECTIVE APPROACH FOR DEVELOPING AND ASSESSING INFORMATICS COMPETENCIES

This paper describes the design and implementation of flipped classroom approach, adapted to education system in Republic Moldova, which was applied “Spiru Haret” lyceum, Chisinau, Moldova. The purpose implementing this approach is promote personalized learning increase outcomes face-to-face education.
